The instructor will sign and give you a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the course. It is your responsibility to provide the IDPH with the information on this certificate to renew your plumbing license through the Iowa Department of Public Health. IOWWA cannot provide the IDPH with your CE information and we are not able to duplicate this certificate if it is lost.
