The test application can be downloaded at the bottom of the Certification page on the IOWWA website or email Penny at penny@iowwa.com to request a copy of the CIOWTS test application.
Basic Level Test: 75 multiple choice questions, 2-hour completion time.
Check-in: 1:00 pm Instructions: 1:15 pm Testing will start promptly at 1:30 pm
