Certified Installer of Wastewater Treatment Systems (CIOWTS) Search
The search result lists current year IOWWA Members who have obtained the CIOWTS credential. The logo depicts whether the credential is held by IOWWA or by the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA). If a credential holder is not listed, check the membership status using the IOWWA Member Search. Membership in IOWWA is NOT the same as the CIOWTS installer credential.
Members and Non-members CIOWTS Credential List: please refer to the "CIOWTS Member and Non-member List" PDF file in the Documents & Files below.
The IOWWA CIOWTS Certified Search is provided as a membership benefit and as a resource for those in need of onsite wastewater information. The Iowa Onsite Waste Water Association (IOWWA) does not endorse or recommend any member firm.
CREDENTIAL CYCLE: The credential cycle starts on the first day of the month that you took the test and will expire at the end of the two-year cycle. If the continuing education hours are met and the renewal fee is paid, it will be renewed for another 2 years. As an example, for someone who tested on March 15th, 2016, the credential cycle would go from 03/01/2016 to 02/28/2018. For those who do not meet the continuing education requirement or pay the renewal fee (following the 60-day renewal grace period), the credential is revoked.
