Submit the CIOWTS Test Application to IOWWA prior to December 31, 2025.

The test application can be downloaded at the bottom of the Certification page on the IOWWA website or email Penny at penny@iowwa.com to request a copy of the CIOWTS test application.

Basic Level Test: 75 multiple choice questions, 2-hour completion time.

Des Moines Area Community College - DMACC has scheduled Courses that are approved for the CIOWTS credential continuing education. Select the "Register Now" link to be re-directed to the DMACC training web site. Trainings listed on the DMACC website are approved for CIOWTS continuing education.

Infiltrator online workshops are approved for the CIOWTS credential and the Iowa DNR Time of Transfer License.
Refer to the Infiltrator website for course titles and registration. These online courses are free and worth 1.0 credit hour each. Certificate of completion will be sent to the email you provide.
