Submit the CIOWTS Test Application to IOWWA prior to March 17, 2026. The test application can be downloaded at https://www.iowwa.com/pages/certification or email penny@iowwa.com to request the CIOWTS test application.
Basic Level Test: 75 multiple choice questions, 2-hour completion time.
Member fee: $184/Non-member $209
Check -in: 1:00 pm Instructions: 1:15 pm Testing will start promptly at 1:30 pm
